Beyond her work at AVIANA, Sylvia Gomez is an Emmy Award-winning journalist. She anchored TV news programs in Chicago and worked as a national correspondent at NBC News. Her work has appeared nationally on CBS, NBC, The Today Show, and CNN.She has traveled the world from northern India to the Amazon, producing documentaries on the lives of the people who live there.

Beyond his work at AVIANA, Jon Duncanson is an Emmy Award-winning journalist and communicator. He’s worked as a foreign war correspondent, and anchored news shows in top-tier broadcast markets.conferences. He’s lectured on media issues at Stanford Law School, Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism, Columbia College in Chicago, as well as several international tech conferences and has been featured in Rolling Stone Magazine.

The global consulting company wanted creative ways to present their cutting-edge best practices. Working with several different divisions & ranging budgets, we designed & managed large scale, set-building, multi-faceted productions with many moving parts, as well as, small scale, quick, as well as last minute, guerilla-style pieces. In all cases, AVIANA turned the "normal" upside down and delivered pieces that were unique and engaging.

Preston Development is building a city of the future, from the ground up. As a successful regional development company in the Research Triangle of North Carolina, the team had never before found the need to market themselves. We were tasked with coming up with a compelling & dynamic video series that would help this innovative city attract investors, developers, buyers and the hearts & minds of the community.

Getting up in front of people is hard--even for professors and Academics who are used to presenting. No one wants to be the speaker that bores an audience. Our mission was to help the staff & professors work on their skills as communicators and presenters. We designed workshops and methods to achieve their goals of being engaging and dynamic leaders & and in some cases, fundraisers.

The founders of this brash software development company weren't convinced the use of video in their arsenal was necessary. They wanted metrics that didn't yet exist. Our task was to help them define their culture pre-IPO. Our mission was to show that a great communicator knows how to tell a good story. And everyone leans in to a powerful story. It's an innovative way to help investors and buyers understand how a product can disrupt and change the world. Communication + Story + Great product = the most successful IPO of 2015.
